The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on the twenty-fifth of July, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was led by Mr. Brown, with a quorum of homeowners in presence.
Upon the call to order, the transcripts from the previous meeting were considered and passed with no amendments.
- Treasurer Miller, gave a summarized financial overview outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- Several homeowners raised issues regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, such as the proposed community garden construction and traffic improvement projects.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing updates about the initiatives.
After the conversation, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, at a later date.

Proposed Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The HOA is at this time examining several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to enhance the quality of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and facilitating a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are guidelines related to landscaping, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their comments by the deadline.
- An open forum will be arranged on August 3rd to discuss the proposed amendments in further elaboration.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more beautiful place to live. The Beautification Project aims to transform the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public areas, and supporting a sense of pride.
We're currently working on numerous projects, including the renewal of our community garden. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

Sherwood Lakes HOA Board Election Updates
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.
A list of those vying for positions website and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
Neighborhood Watch Program for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our thriving community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's homes, and foster a more secure sense of community. Meetings will be held periodically to coordinate efforts.
